Its always a pleasant delight to rediscover something. Lately, for me, its been the clean-cut sophistication of hounds-tooth. Its a a pattern so classic it should be in everyone's closet. I experimented with a few different ideas in this outfit, including the mixture of metals ( I've mixed silver, gold, and copper) and color blocking layers.

I tried layering two button-up blouses and I really liked the color block effect. Its subtle and of course the extra layer can't hurt in these cold times!
Goodness! I've had these booties for years- they were one of my first "heels". They are just so classic you can't help but love them.
